day 5
Guess my diet is all I can think about. It's day 5. Friday I start adding 50 more calories to the 200 I bike away daily. I have a plan.
I had a good day at work. Took one of my kids to get his state ID, ran into his SW who gave him stuff he wanted/needs. He was happy so so was I.
2 sizes is all I want to go down. It's really not that much, but boy will I feel better then.
I turned down a trip for work- it was to CA but staying in a dorm and eating U of C food- no thanks. If it was a little funner (word?) then maybe.
My friend in Vegas still hasn't called me. I'll call her again right before I leave but if she doesn't call back then I'll leave it be.
