my diet/exercise plan

So my SIL in CT is pregnant. That makes 2 SIL's pregnant. Hubby and I are the only people out of both of our sibling groups not to have kids. Interesting.

Still working hard on my diet. This is day 5 but I don't feel like my clothes are THAT loose yet, but maybe I'm expecting too much too soon (ha! "expecting"). Bike away 200 calories a day for this week and then next week I'll bump it up 50 till I get to 500, then smaller incriments (sp?)

Hope it works. It's getting harder. I brought hubby's b-day cake to work and let coworkers devour it. I didn't touch even one piece. Hooray for me! I'm hungry all the time though. Well, not ALL the time, there is sleep :-)
