So I'll add an entry. WE went to see "About a Boy" today after work. It was a pretty good movie. Funny, I laughed out loud, which I don't do often enough.
Saw a fax for pyruvate, says it is a miracle pill for losing weight- converting it to muscle. I may buy a bottle, just to see- it's not a stimulant, it says. I'll be sure to look at exactly what is in it.
I don't know how my mom is doing.
Hubby made me do my exercise tonite. I fought like hell, but did it. Late too, because now I can't sleep.
