I'm making this entry from webtv at home because hubby bought a new computer game that my brother and nephew love, and now he's addicted already. Anyhow...
One year ago today I was at a conference sponsored by the Nez Perce folks in Lewiston, ID. Mom went with me because I have an uncle near there and lots of family history, etc. in the area. Mom and I had a nice time, but the conference was supposed to start Sept. 11th. The morning of the conference, people were not able to concentrate, wanting to know if we would be able to get home, etc. One thing's for certain- I felt safe in little Lewiston and I was glad my mom was there.
