recipe for pnut butter pie

Because I am a big nerd, I shall write my first recipe in my diary (and also because people have been asking for it.)

Ahem.

"Peanut butter pie- low fat"

8 oz. fat free cream cheese

1/3 cup peanut butter (we grind our own at the store, as we are peanut butter snobs)

3/4 cup splenda

1/4 cup fat free or 1% milk

8 oz. fat free cool whip

1 chocolate prepared crust

*Directions* Mix cream cheese till fluffy. Mix in peanut butter and splenda. Add milk. Fold in cool whip. Spoon into crust and refrigerate overnight.

This was the BEST tasting dessert I've had in a long time.
