I was in my white-trash area of the state on Tuesday and one of those big window decals caught my eye. Of course, it was on a great big truck (dual wheels, dual exhaust, big lights up top, etc.). On the back window it said, "American by Birth, Alaskan by the Grace of God."
My heart leaped. I love it! I want one! I haven't stopped thinking about it. It's me, so me! My poor husband- he wanted a prim, classy New Engl@ander-type girl. He's stuck with me. :-) You can take the girl out of the Valley, but you can't take the Valley out of the girl. Gotta be true to my roots, yo. Now, pass me a beer and start playin' some Kid R0ck.
