work anxiety
What do I do?! At work we've had a temp person in for 1 and 1/2 months. She applied for and wants our open position. Today we interviewed someone whose resume came in on the last day available, and we really like her and want to hire her. I feel obligated to the temp, tho, which is probably silly. I've struggled with this today, even tho it sounds stupid. Poor temp girl got an apt near our office, and keeps telling us how much she's praying she gets the job. I don't think she can afford the apt. if she doesn't get the job- are we putting her out on the street by not hiring her? I'm making a mountain out of a molehill, maybe.
