Well, my day has been a pain in the ass. I got up and went to take a shower. The damn bathtub faucet knob came off in my hand this morning as I attemted to take a shower. Try as I did, I couldn't get it back on. So I had to wash my hair in the bathroom sink.
THEN, I find out that my favorite page-a-day calendar, the one I've been buying since January 1999, is no longer being made. It may seem stupid, but that darn calendar helped me when I was really, really down (in 1999 and 2000). I've been buying one each year. It's a tradition I enjoy, and it's just been taken from me. Makes me sad. This is what I'm going to miss.
I have a cold. Doggone it.
