halfway house junkie
OK so I just watched this guy walk up the street past my office bldg. The only other bldg. on our street near where he was walking from is a halfway house, so I KNOW he's from there. Lots of folks are constantly walking to and from the halfway house.
Anyway, he walked over by the hotel across the street and went right to a spot on the ground where he picked up a small yellow envelope and started walking past my bldg. again. He then OPENED the envelope and peered inside, still walking, pulled out the corner of a plastic baggie, and then put the envelope back in his pocket, lit a cigarette, and continued walking down the street.
